How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Answer. Say I will be here for the life long time and if you are satisfied with my performance.

What is your philosophy towards work?
Answer. I dedicate myself to the job 100percentage.I will put my hundred percentage effort to produce the good outcome

If you had enough money to retire right now, would you?
Answer. Answer yes if you would. But since you need to work, this is the type of work you prefer. Do not say yes if you do not mean it.

Have you ever been asked to leave a position?
Answer. If you have not, say no. If you have, be honest, brief and avoid saying negative things about the people or organization involved.

Explain how you would be an asset to this organization?
Answer. It gives you a chance to highlight your best points as they relate to the position being discussed. Give a little advance thought to this relationship.

Answer. Give several reasons and include skills, experience and interest.

Customer support executives and their main role is to satisfy the customers in terms of quality, explanation, and patient. They have to clear their doubts whenever the customer gives the call to call centers .Even some customers make the call the call for time passing.

What is inbound and outbound callcentres?

Answer - In inbound call centre where the calls are coming to call centers from the customer regarding their product doubts and here executives are assigned to clear their doubts.
Outbound call where customer supportive executives have to make the call to customers and convince them for promoting the products like credit card, personal loan and insurances. Once the Customers are convinced then make them in to lead for customer supportive executives.

If you get a rebirth again what you would like to be?

Answer - I would like to rebirth as a same guy as now.

How did you spend your last day at your school?

Answer - It is still in my memory .I can’t bale to delete that day activities from my heart. why because I had to get relived from my close friends who contributed some effort in my life growth to new height.

What does a call centre mean to you?

Answer - you have to reply to this question in all seriousness and earnestness – never ever give the impression to the interviewer that you are taking the job just until you get a better one or for fun and profit. Be serious and say in a formal voice that you want to make a career out of working in a call center.

Describe the importance of teamwork and team spirit?

Answer - If we work as teams we can achieve anything which we want even we can go beyond the given target by consulting each other in the team. Also if we work as teams nothing is impossible for the team

Answer - You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Express about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for.
